    I can't play MS at all. Every time I try to create a character, it DCs me and says

    You have been disconnected from the login server, please try again later

    I have a 64-bit Windows Vista desktop
    I've re-installed a million times, made new accounts, but it still won't work

    Hmmm...
    I assume you've tried all the simple things, restarting etc
    Have you tried uninstalling and removing the registries? Then reinstalling?

    Yeah, tried that. I also tried changing the compatibility, didn't work either

    Edit - Fixed it by using Netsh Winsock Reset in CMD
