    George W. Bush (Ex. United States President (For those of you who have been living under rocks))
    Things he's done: Too many to list (Everyone knows already)
    Stephen Harper (Canada's Prime minister)
    Things he's done: Destroyed Canada's heritage, Ashamed us in front of the G20, spend 1 billion CND $ on a fake lake and more.

    Despite all the humiliations he has done for us, Harper did create the world's best banking system or something like that... so i wud say bush is worst
