Pro-Life, or no?

For me, I'm Pro-Life. When it comes to children, all babies, no matter how deformed or unwanted don't deserve to be killed or aborted. Take Ludwig van Beethoven, he was concived after four of his siblings were born with defects, one way or another. His mother and father also had something wrong, so they thought about an abortion. If they did, they would have killed someone who would have grown to be one of the most renown classical musicians of the ages.

... I'd think if you got pregnant without wanting to by having sex, it's your fault... Either let someone adopt it or raise it, but don't kill it... It's the most epic cop-out anyone could ever do.

If it's not your fault, like if you were raped. I'm sorry, but it gives you no right to deny life to a child, even if it's a reminder of your abuse just look at it like a gift instead... When it grows up without a father and you give it all you got, the feeling remains.

I've never been a parent but my mother's ex, or my dad, was never really there, even for major parts of my life. My mother doesn't regret raising me though, and I love her with all my heart.

If you kill someone yet to be born, or someone who's been born but only a baby, you'll never see what could have been, and in fact it's just as much as "playing god" as it is to murder someone just because they're in your way in life.

OT: I totally agree with you, but for some reason when I think about my future wife and I having a baby with a defect it feels weird I don't think I could handle it, I'd try though no doubt. Maybe that kid might turn out to be someone the world needs.

I am pro-choice. Not saying I believe that you should be able to get an abortion, just on the fact that you don't want a kid, if thats the case, then adopt it out.

There are certain circumstances where I think it would be understandable.( Rape, or anything like that, if the father was a psychopathic murderer )

Also, there IS a plus, as sick as this will sound to a lot of you, but its not super duper evil to abort a child. They could use the stem cells to help cure illnesses and make other advances with medical crap.

I'm Pro-Life as well. Adopting out is fine and all but abortion? Heck no.

I understand using the stem cells to cure an illness and all but have you seen what they actually do during an abortion?

1- The body parts are grasped at random with a long toothed clamp.
2- The body parts are pulled from the fetal body and removed.
3- The remaining body parts are grasped and pulled out.
4- The head is grasped and crushed in order to remove it.
5- The placenta and remaining contents are suctioned from the uterus.

They're doing that to a child. Would you want that to happen to your child? I sure wouldn't.

Their lives aren't any less valuable than ours.

Pro-Life.

I'm not a female, but i do have a stance in this subject

If you get pregnant, then its your body that the baby is leeching resources out of, its your right to get rid of it ---
If a stranger came into your house asking for food, would you kick him out, or would you feed him for 9 months?

If you got raped, then that is traumatizing enough, but having to be tortured for the next 9 months with... bearing that terrible man's child is just... BLEH
If a man has a knife on your throat, and asks you to take care of him for the next 9 months, would you be willing to do so? (bad analogy, but i cant think of any on this one)

Lastly, About the adoption center -- Do you know how many actual kids need a home already? Kids that have had parrents that loved them, but couldnt afford to take care of them, or parents that have perished because of a natural disaster? These children need homes, Kids that were born on "accident,"... well, yes i feel bad that they're being "killed" as you would say because of abortion, but there are enough children that need a home, there just isnt any more space for them.

Most abortions take place when its a zygote, or when its still in the cellular stage, so only step 5 is actually needed, but if it gets to that point, then yes, i am pro-life, it is an actual kid, but if its at the cellular level, then i say get rid of the thing
