    Well i just realised that pirates when they have there revamp have tornado uppercut on there second job. so if phantoms could steal tornado uppercut from them cant we do fma too ? or are we not allowed to steal tornado uppercut

    Nope, I merely did not read the post correctly. But yeah, Phantoms will be able to steal the skill I guess.
