    So I was wondering...
    Are there any available legit hacks for phantoms?
    Are FMAs available for phantoms or is it just jetts/cannoneers?

    There's a hack going about that I see regularly in NLC near aliens..
    A hacker changes channel, loots money, changes channel, and keeps doing it.
    Any idea where to get this one?

    Well I believe there is a FMA for phantom, but its for 4th job.

    Also that other thing you've been seeing..the looting, I am PRETTY SURE, that is a VIP hack.
