no, it can't get you banned, the 21st century pe gets you banned for 10 minutes because it's not bypassless. even if you don't send any packet.

Hey could you make a small tutorial on how to d/c hack with packets?

Wait... Sorry for being so n00b but how do I use the whisper DC hack? Do I put the HEX code, replace YY and XX and then just send it or what?

Yes you replace them, but YY would be how long the ign is for instance:
1= 00
2= 01
3= 02
And so on until about 10 when it starts going:
10= 0A
11= 0B

XX would be the ign in hex.
